Two separate timeframes

Successful payment authorization starts an order’s normal 1–2 business-day preparation period. After the package leaves, allow an estimated 4–6 business days for transportation. Weekends and applicable public holidays fall outside these business-day estimates, and actual arrival can vary.

Shipping choices and accurate addresses

The checkout calculates available services and charges for the destination and merchandise. Verify every address field and the contact email before payment. Tracking visibility begins only after the carrier accepts and scans the parcel.

Help with delivery exceptions

Carrier disruptions, busy seasons, weather, or an address issue may cause delay. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking record, and clear photos of damage while retaining the goods and packaging.
